As Primor’s founder and visionary, Deb Johnson is leading the charge when it comes to personalized fitness training and coaching. While competing in track and field in college, Deb discovered a passion for coaching and fulfillment in witnessing the power of individual strength and self-improvement.
With 25+ years of experience developing programs, training, consulting, and advising clients concerning health and fitness, Deb’s clients have experienced improved health, weight loss, a reduction of chronic health conditions, and improved quality of life!
